After more than 15 years in education and an academic background in the field, founder Belinda Roche, driven by a passion for well-being, created Roche & Louise. Her expertise in pedagogy and relational dynamics gives her strong credibility in addressing sensitive matters: the vulnerability of sellers, the role of families, the stress experienced by buyers, and the management of teams during transition.
Scot Six, board member of Roche & Louise, is a senior international executive and investor in the financial services sector, with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategy, and cross-border investments, with a recent focus on Africa and emerging markets.
He previously served as Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategy at Morgan Stanley.
